Review of the 3rd National ESD Summit Forum Hosted by Yanping Electrostatics

From May 22 to 24, 2026, the 3rd National ESD Summit Forum with the theme of Invisible Static Electricity, Controllable Solutions was grandly held at Suzhou International Conference Hotel. This forum brought together experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from the semiconductor, newenergy, petrochemical, aerospace, biomedical and other sectors to discuss the latest advances in staticelectricity control and plasma technologies.

On May 24, drawing on the company’s longterm technical accumulation in staticprotection, Yanping Electrostatics Engineer Chen Ke delivered a report titled Domesticallydeveloped Highprecision Wideband ChargedPlate Monitor.

The report pointed out that the ChargedPlate Monitor (CPM), the core metering instrument for evaluating chargeneutralization efficiency and ion balance of iongenerating equipment, has long relied on imported products. Conventional imported instruments suffer from bottlenecks such as insufficient measuring accuracy, limited bandwidth, poor environmental adaptability and excessive procurement costs.

The R&D team innovatively proposed the core measuring principle of Model 813A active ion current, reconstructed the measurementandcontrol system via brandnew physical detection paths, and completed mechanism deduction, modular engineering implementation and multidimensional performance benchmark verification. Domestic substitution of highperformance CPM instruments has thus been realized.

The newlyreleased domesticallydeveloped highprecision CPM monitor from Yanping Electrostatics not only provides core technical support for staticprotection metering instruments, but also delivers powerful tools for enterprises to implement lowcost, highefficiency staticsafety management.
